Two owners who remember their own first year in a house
Luciana and Haoran started Spare Key after buying their own place. Nobody had told them when ants arrive, or that the garage door is where mice usually come in.
The work is the part Haoran does: he's the licensed applicator, and he writes the reports. Luciana runs the schedule, and the calendar on this site is hers. Three technicians cover the valley.
We keep the visits short and the reports plain. If we can fix a problem by sealing a gap instead of spraying a wall, that's what we recommend.
