What we treat, and how we go about it
Every job starts with a look and a written report. We treat what we find, and we tell you where else to look.
Ants and spiders
Pavement ants, odorous house ants, wolf spiders and the occasional black widow. We find the trail or the web's source first.
How we handle itMice and rats
Seal the gaps, set traps, check back. The fall visit is the busiest of the year.
How we handle itWasps, boxelder bugs and stink bugs
Nests on eaves and sheds, and the bugs that gather on south-facing walls in fall.
How we handle itCrickets, sow bugs and silverfish
The damp-corner crowd: window wells, basements, laundry rooms and under planters.
Earwigs and clover mites
Yard and wall-line pests that show up with the sprinklers and the first warm days.
A look for termites
We'll look, and we'll tell you what we see. A formal wood-destroying insect report for a purchase is a separate request; ask when you call.
Every visit
What a visit looks like, whatever the pest
Four steps, in the same order each time.
Inspect
We walk the outside and the inside spaces where this pest lives.
Identify
We name what we found, so you know what you're dealing with.
Treat
Licensed applicators follow the product label, and we tell you what we used on request.
Prevent
Gaps to seal, damp to fix and habits to change, written down for you.

Not sure which one you have?
Describe it, or text a photo to our office line. We'll tell you which page to read and when we can come.
